Origin
Like most internet legends, it started by accident, live on Twitch in 2023. Prof Korupt was in a voice chat with a few people and pitched his voice up for a bit. The call went quiet for a second, and then came the reaction: "what the?"
Someone said what everyone was thinking: that voice could pass as an e-girl. Convincingly.
The Rise
What should have been a one-time joke refused to die. People kept asking for "the voice," so it became an official channel point redeem: Girl Voice, 1,500 points. Some viewers started saving their points just for her.
Then she escaped the stream. Korette landed on the Discord soundboard, and from there she spread through voice channels, inside jokes, and conversations Prof Korupt wasn't even part of. At her peak, she was simply known across the community as the girl voice, and nobody needed it explained.
These days, sightings are rare. But the legend lives on.
